Our History

Cronje, De Waal – Skhosana Inc. (formerly known as Cronje, De Waal & Van der Merwe Inc.) is a dynamic and leading law firm practising in Secunda and Mbombela.

We strive to provide an affordable, high-level service to corporate clients, as well as members of the general public.  As a team, we ensure that we provide the best possible service.

Our firm was founded in 1976 and since then has provided legal services to clients under different names and styles.  Since 1989 our firm practised under the name of Cronje, De Waal & Van der Merwe.  On 01 September 1999 the partnership was incorporated as a company and became known as Cronje, De Waal – Skhosana Inc.

Implementing affirmative action and achieving equity in our firm by promoting opportunity and fair treatment in employment, our firm officially became a Level 2 B-BBEE contributor on 04 May 2017.
